Production & Method

Chartreuse Jaune is crafted according to a secret recipe handed down since 1838, known only to two Carthusian monks. It contains a maceration and distillation of 130 carefully selected plants, flowers and aromatic herbs. The production process involves several stages of maceration, distillation and ageing in oak casks, ensuring the quality and complexity of this exceptional liqueur.
