Production & Maturation

This Chartreuse Verte VEP is crafted from 130 carefully selected plants, flowers and medicinal herbs. The "Vieillissement Exceptionnellement Prolongé" (Exceptionally Prolonged Ageing) means this liqueur has benefited from oak cask maturation considerably longer than the classic Chartreuse Verte, endowing it with remarkable aromatic richness and depth.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Powerful and complex, revealing intense aromas of aromatic herbs, fresh botanicals, spices and balsamic notes. Palate: Velvety and rich, with exceptional aromatic concentration. The 130 plants express themselves in perfect harmony, offering herbaceous, mentholated and spiced flavours of rare intensity. Finish: Long and persistent, characterised by botanical freshness and elegant warmth.

Serving
